New year is here now and I do believe there are a lot of us making their own resolutions. I am sure there is a long list of yours too. Do you include quitting smoking as one of these? If so, how could you do it?

Bernadette_Lacza Hi irene! Do you plan to quit smoking? I was into smoking before, when I finally decided to quit I simply figured out what is causing me to want to smoke.. I am an emotional person and I seek relief in the puffing sensation of smoking, going for a smoke...
