Pneumonia Shots ... Do those shots really keep people from getting Pneumonia?

In my opinion the Pneumonia shot can give a person Pneumonia where they probably wouldn't have gotten Pneumonia in the first place and it could kill them. I just lost my Dad Thanksgiving Day from Pneumonia, he had a 'doctor...
