He may not be good in looks but he is the strongest and most powerful Pokemon in the world.He also has better inteligence than most pokemon. What do you think of him?

Toony182 Would you really consider him a pokemon? He is a creation of science. As for most powerful, I don't know about that either. He and Mew were pretty wel matched, but there are SO many legendaries out now (it's crazy). He's probably got a little more...
