is it possible to transfer money from alertpay to paypal account so i can use money from PTC sites to buy via eBay or there is a way to directly pay on eBay with alertpay?

What UT is currently the best?

Most people would say that the best UT is the UT3, but personally, i think the first UT is better than UT3 because its kinda faster. what do you think?
