"that's OK " or "that's all right"?

When someone say "Thank you" to you, what should you reply? I used to consider that "that's OK" equals to "that's all right". But one of my friends thought "that's OK" could only reply for "I'm sorry". What do you prefer? I wonder...

Bruce_Almighty I always say " My Pleasure ". I think it is very necessary to express your true feelings towards the people you love or care. What you think?
