Is POTC 4 actually being released?

or was it cut in production, I've hear several stories about it.. I was well excited when I heard there was going to be a fourth but then disappointing when I heard the production got cut. anyone know anything about it?

i have a kurt cobain poster in my room...i find it a little ironic that my parents want only good influences and he is holding a cigrette and he happened to shoot himself. i think nirvana is an ok band but not to die for.
