ChristaA Meal times have always been to me a social time for families, coworkers, meetings, friends, etc. If I go into a restaurant it is because I am with someone. If I am alone I will order take away. The reason is because I am sitting in the restaurant for a reason...

I am looking for frugal and fun summer ideas for my family this year. so far we are going to go to a theme park after 4 pm (half price!) picnics (we have a portable bbq so we can make hot dogs and the like) walks on the beach...

ChristaA My family loves to go camping. We can get the holiday weekend- Memorial or Labor Day and get into camps for $25 for the whole weekend using tents. You should check your area and look into state parks that offer camping or swimming because they are very cheap...
