ConsiderateGuy Yes, it is the Golden Rule. However, it shouldn't be followed religiously all the time. As an example, what would the Golden Rule be like in the hands of a sadomasochistic person. A person who likes to torture and be tortured...what can we say to that? A child...

ConsiderateGuy Well, there could be any number of reasons for the person's inability to communicate fluently. My background in psychology has taught me never to judge a book by its cover. Perhaps he is mentally unstable or was in a terrible hurry or just had a traumatic day....
