Good Neighbors VS. Bad Neighbors

Why is it that a few years ago everyone had at least 1 good neighbor, and now people don't talk to each other at all? Why did it take a neighbor a whole year to come and visit us? Why are good neighbors so hard to find?

wwwShyBodyJewelrycom I think people are just becoming to self involved and I guess a lot of times we get so busy we just don't think about it.
