has anyone received a monthly payout of more than $10?

I was helping a friend sign up for myLot account. She had to sign up for pay pal as we know. I began to wonder what is the most you have ever been paid out? Has anyone gotten anything larger than $10? If so what's your secret?

How many discussions you have to take part of to see even a $0.01 in your earnings. for example they pay you every 10 new discussions they pay you $0.01. what is the rate for every dicussion you are involved in. Any one knows...
