The importance of Quality to consumers or buyers

Quality is very significant to consumers because everything that they buy must be satisfying, for example, for food customers must be satisfied or even be delighted and for shelters they want that it must last long.

When can you say that the product is of good quality?

A products appearance is not the base that we could say that it is of good quality unless we already tried it. MOst of the products look like its really made into good quality but when we try to use it we say its not.
