Do you drink a lot of Cola at night?

Every night I drink a lot of coca-cola and then i can't sleep? Do you do that, too and then stay on the computer all night? Do you think it is a bad thing?

Deported Well you probably aren't going to sleep because of the caffeine in the pop. Caffeine is a central nervous stimulant. It effects you by keeping drowsiness away, basically. However you can play it all safe and just drink good old water for a change.
