Hello myLotters ! I was a chain smoker at one time, smoking two packs a day, for over twenty years. Then I stopped it. Here is the way I did it, and I just wish to share with you the way I did it. It could be of help to smokers...

Derigiberble Tomorrow I'll have stopped smoking for 3 weeks. I've been smoking for 6 years so it's a pretty big deal for me. Had no problems so far though.
