virusxtreme24 I actually feel rejuvenated and fresh after both a hot or cold water bath. I suppose that to me, it doesn't matter what type of water hits my skin, I feel all tingly and clean afterwards. Or maybe it's just the body wash I use..

yogambal_64 Yes I prefer taking a cool shower as it keeps the mind cool and refreshing always, Taking a cool shower in the evenings also is very refreshing. Yes hot water bath makes me feel lazy and sleepy too.

UTKARSH777 yes you are right......hot water bath warms up the body and thus we feel lazyness but if you want to be active then prefer to bath with fresh water.It activate the body parts........

swapnamurthy Yes of course hot water bath makes to be lazy. Cold water makes to be active. But anything hot or cold water both makes me to sleep well after an bath. I love to sleep after the bath.
