Do you think children should have a cell phone?

I think they should when they go somewhere's,but not for them to keep as their very own.It should be only used as emergencies.What do you think about children having a cell phone?

Dioncarroll Only if your child is responsible, yes. Responsible- showing a high level of maturity and "can handle-ness" for their respective age. Age 7 seems appropriate for some reason.
