What is the best way to lose weight fast?

Docta_Feel You probably have heard this one million times, but I'm goin to repeat it. The best way to lose weight is to eat less, eat healthier foods, and exercise. Balance out those three factors and you will drop the pounds and it wont be a temporary fix.
