Dolly13 You just have a high metabolism, but it probably will slow down as you get older. If I were you, I would make a concious effort now to regulate what you are eating. Try to include lots of whole, natural foods such as fruits and vegetables, and lean protein....

Have you used these? I ran across them last night as a biz opportunity. I am just wondering if they really work. I am considering ordering some. Please let me know what you know about them.

Dolly13 Yes, they seemed to help with curbing the appetite. As I said, though, I have never dealt directly with the company, so I cannot comment on their service.
