I sometimes see mistakes in my own postings but I don't know how to fix them. How can I edit my posts?? Is there a way to do that? Thanks

How could I loss 30 pounds in a month?

I've been eating so much banana like a monkey. Banana for my breakfast, lunch and dinner. Always banana, banana and banana but still I don't loss weight. What should I do to loss 30 pounds in a month?

Chalea Hutchinson Balance that diet out! Eating only bananas you are going to starve your body of valuable nutrients and only end up slowing down your metabolism. Do you find yourself drinking lots of coffee or colas? Wein yourself off of them by switching to a mix of juices...
