what's the last thing you do before going to bed?

i usually take a shower before going to bed coz it's more comfortable for me to sleep.. after a shower while waiting for my hair to dry, i check my account here in mylot.. how about you?

Ebiranjit i just recall what i did today both good and bad.. then finally i think that i am new born baby and will forget everything , which helps me to have a sond sleeep
