I take Panadol osteo 3 times a day or as much as I'm alowed of the normala panadol coz Panadol osteo lasts for 8 hours it doesn't even barely help I wish all I had wrong with me was a normal headache or cramping you guys r lucky u don't need pills :) hope ur...
