bollywoodbegum If you are working out then having eggs (only egg whites) on daily basis is must. I usually have 16 eggs a day as I am working out for weight gain. Happy fooding!

bollywoodbegum Just start with internships..Its the best way to gain experience and build contacts. Internships may drain you and make you feel why you should work for free like someones servant but that's the best way to get polish your skills. Happy Future.

bollywoodbegum Always Have faith in life but do not ever trust it. It just plays by its own way and if anyone is madly passionate bout his/her dream profession then there's only way.. Make a effort to kick start it without any expectations.
