Daily Bible reading

Are there any reasons and benefits to daily Bible reading? I think there are many and would like to know what others think. Daily we eat, brush our teeth, wash, exercise and do many other things. Why not include Bible reading...

Mark Slaney The bible is very beneficial to read, especially the King James Version. It is the word of God that we must study to gain spiritual knowledge.
