How much is too much for a mobile phone

Nowadays the price of mobile phones r increasing. and also the more cool phone keep with awsome functions. evryone wants one. but how much is it ok to spend for a mobile phone. one of my friends bought one for $1400.

From my experience Friends is the main reason a person turns to drugs
