bulb (slow shutter)

hi, can anyone help me. how to make a bulb or photo with slow speed or whatever it call. i dont know what it is, i'm an amateur here. the picture is like an object with light, i dont know how to describe it, but i hope you know...

Gundam01 if you have DSLR camera set you camera mode into Manual setting then turn your shutter dial till it will go to bulb... using bulb means you are making your exposure longer to get more light.

Hii friends and mylotter. I joined mylot exactl one month and 3 days before. I have been an active member on mylot ( that is what I think.) I have worked quite fine and made few good friends. Now thinking of taking one or two days...
