Why is there more crime in poorer areas than in richer ones?

Does it mean that richer people are good and poor people are bad? Or is there some factor that people ought to look into before things go from bad to worse?

Haitad No rich peoples make serious crimes than poors one of mylot user respond it in better way above,but the problem is rich peoples crime is always covered by money basically especially in developing countries the problem of being poor is because of the worest...
