J9isyourstar I've seen more meat-eaters that are suffering from heart disease and cholesterol and obesity than I have seen sickly vegetarians. The ones that look "sickly" are not doing it right, or for the right reasons. (To be "cool", for example.)

J9isyourstar It is not that much work, you need to do the INITIAL research, but once you are knowledgeable it is second nature. For example, when I plan my meals I do not sit there and necessariliy count out grams and percentages of things, its just that my meals always...

J9isyourstar Iron is found in large amounts in many vegetables, including dark green leafy greens such as Kale! With a properly balanced diet, it is completely easy and much healthier to eliminate meat.
