Julius I also need to understand this...I noticed, for example, buying an automatic car is more expensive than a manual car but automatic driving license classes are half cheaper than manual one

Julius Pretty much depends on your home country's economic level and policies. If your country really squeezes your pocket in terms of taxes, then the middle east would do for you...you get your footing somewhere else, come back home to set shop. East or west home is...
