eating habit

we all known that eating is the most thing thing we can do for our health but do you place importance on eating a balanced,nutritious diet ? or do you shovel in whatever you can get your hands on?

Jack99 I agree with you,so much so that we have lots of things to deal with everyday,we even do not have enough energy concerning about our eating habits,end up in bad situition. If we are rich ,we can consume anything heathy ,good food.
