How can I lose weight when I am in denial and food is my friend?

This is true! I wish I could lose weight and really should lose some! I am in denial because if I give up alot of my foods I eat I am losing a friend and alot of comfort! Food is my best friend! It doesn't critize me! It loves me!...

Jadenseden Its not a matter of not eating, its a matter of WHAT your eating. Fruits and Veggies you can eat until your hearts content. As part of a healthy diet and work out routine there is a diet aid called ADIPEX I think you and your doctor might want to explore....
