JillyZhang my pay day is every 15th of the month too.during this day my workmate and i have a big meal in restaruant and after that we go to buy some nice clothes.This day is a happy day to us .

JillyZhang I would rather work in better environment than a better salary package in normal condition.But if i lack of money,i think i will choose a better salary package.there are different choices from the different condition.
