How many hours do you sit front of your PC every day?Do you feel tried ?

How many hours do you sit on front of you PC? Usually I spent nearly 8 hours here, I just feel my shoulder pains, my back pains.....Do you feel the same way?How do you deal with that?

Jillzy I work in a tall building.Eveday I must stay on front of the pc more than 6 hours.After work I always watch films onThe pc.So I often feel tird.I think without pc I can't live on.
