How many hours in a week u practice sport?

...i use about 10 in a week cause i think that to take care of our body is very important also for the quality of our life and not just for health....do u do sport??? How many hours at week?? U think 10 are too much or too few?

....I use Ad-aware...it's pretty good but i think it doesn't find all spyware/trojans that are present in the pc... U know other programs i could use?

....i prefer on weekend nights to go to a pub so u can also talk with friends....I use to go to clubs few times and not in ma city ones cause i listen very particular music

I use to sleep 8-10 hours at night....do u think it's too much? I know of some persons who are ok with just 6.....it's amazing for me O_o

Is it correct to force a son/daughter to follow reliogious teachings in youth??? In the other hand should a parent wait for him to became adult and choose with his own mind wich religion to follow?.... I know some framily does...

....u think it's better to try to have one in youth (18-20 y old) or to enjoy that period and extend ur family in a later moment like 30-35 y old???? Is it harder to grow a son/daughter being young or being mature???

Have u ever thought of what would u do with a such amount of money??? I would buy a home (250.000 usd) then start a journey around the world for a year (50.000 usd) and then with the rest buy 5 flats to rent and have aq montly...
