DotA- Lanaya- Templar Assasin... i need some help to play this hero well

I have been playing Lanaya for 6 months....but sometimes, i can't get the maximum ability of this hero The way of building items I'm follow is: treads n preve n dagger n deso.... I have miss something???

JokerTun I used to build item like u...but with Vanguard, Lanaya will has no mana
