There are so many posts on diets!! Obesity has reached epidemic proportions!!Children have diabetes.!! Make some healthy choices instead of some fad diet that no one can manage to stay on anyway. Grab your kids and go...

JoniPA You're absolutely right AskAlly! Every year millions of dollars are spent on the newest diet or diet pill and EVERY plan comes down to the same thing....get movin and make better diet choices! How many times do we have to see the same thing and how many bogus...

Do you believe god? Do you think god is watching you? Do you think what was said in the name of god is correct? Do you believe that god will punish you?

JoniPA Yes, i believe in God but more importantly... God believes in me. I believe that God has his eye on us continually and not only sees what we are doing now, but knows what we will be doing in the future. I don't believe that anything man says in the name of God...
