what time do you usually sleep?is staying up late unhealthy even though you sleep for 8 hours? how long should we sleep? is 6 hours ok?

Joymon 5 hours sound sleep is ok. On this principl I used to sleep only at 1 o'clock.

I used to sleep only after 1 o'clock in the night if I have some urgent official work to do since I am getting more concentration during night hours. What about you ?
