Which is better coffee or tea?

I love these both. I'm also aware that both should be taken in moderation. Which is better? Which is more pro health? Are they just the same?

Juliaichka I definitely prefer tea. From what I hear it is better and I read alot about the antioxidant properties and cancer preventative properties of tea. So my vote is for Tea. See look here :-) http://www.the-tea-site.com/green_tea_benefits.php :-)

Juliaichka I also have about 6-7 cups of tea in a day. It's not really a problem unless your drinking really strong Green Tea. In which case you're getting loads of Caffeine. There are teas that are lower in Caffeine and the main thing is that all teas are really good...
