What is the most effective diet you have ever been on?

I was interested in dieting, but there are so many out there! Help me by telling me the one's you have had most success with! Thanks~

Juliaw721 My doctor states "Not diet, change of life" and says that anything can help in the beginning but not in the long run. Mainly cut you food in half, excercise regularly (see your doctor regarding exercise)and see a dietician.

Help ! My hair are splitting and damaged.

I have very curly hair and since the last two turns I tried straightening them. Now I find that they are split and damaged. I did use the best so that is no excuse. Can someone please advise me as to how I can make my hair smooth...

Juliaw721 Once your hair splits you need to get it trimmed. There are products out that will seal the ends but it still doesn't heal them. Chi has a straightening system that is for works well without damaging it so badly, one is very expensive the other is resonable....
