Justy24 I understand exactly what you are saying about the whole exercise thing. Having a new baby I'm always on the go. By the end of the day I'm just too tired to want to do anything more then hit the bed.

Justy24 My baby is 9 months I'm bottle feeding I was average before my getting pregnant I'm 25 and yes this is my first baby.
