KDav86 "PAY YOURSELF FIRST". Meaning, delegate a certain amount from each paycheck into savings, rather than spending it all on yourself or bills. It adds up for that rainy day when you have to fix something on your car, pay for something important, etc.

KDav86 I'm more of a shower singer than a bath singer ;). The reason I ever take a bath is to relax and not hear myself or anyone else talk.

KDav86 Well I go back and forth with my weight myself. I think the major thing is portion size and time of day you eat, at least its easier to adjust to that with a busy life style. My Dr. says fill up on healthy breakfast, have fruit, cereal, whatever.. then eat...
