KhrystkaShandelle That's the best thing to do.. FOLLOW. I am kinda prone to that because of my job but i am making sure that I avoid drinking too much tea and coffee.. thanks,..

KhrystkaShandelle Your right, I do take water instead as an alternative. Though I was told that I can still drink coffee or tea but make sure to drink lots of water to wash it out. Thanks.
