LandmarKMR Thank you for your information, the BIO DISC is really a good thing, it can rejuvenate life as it claims. It costs 500 $ or so, if I have spare money I will buy it. To accumulate to that amount, I have more hard work to do, and more time.

Do you smoke after meal?

In China, as the sayings goes, "Smoking after meal, you will feel like a living fairy!" I wonder how americans think about this?

LandmarKMR What? Really? Eating when smoking can drop the bad effects? That's a good news for us smokers.
