How to get a baby to take a nap at the right time?

I am a new mom and I have trouble getting my five month old to stay asleep. At nap time she won't sleep unless I hold her the whole time. If I try to put her in her crib she wakes up then I worry If she is getting unuff sleep.

There are so many things in this life that can break us down. I know in my life I have had plenty of those experieances. The thing is then can we keep our kids from going thriugh the same things? As a New mom I worie about this....
