Are you a smoker? If yes, what kind of ciggarettes do you smoke, how much do you smoke a day/week, since when and how you've started smoking. If no longer.. please tell us all how you managed to quit smoking.

LordMike I know how bad is it to smoke, but I really can't quit. People start smoking beeing influenced by their friends, or just because they want to know how is it. so they start smoke 1 ciggarette a day and increase them until they can't quit.
