Lukkyr I looked on the website and I did not see the eligibility in the submission guidelines. I looked through some pages about the contest and I did not see if only U.S. contestants or international contestans were allowed.

Lukkyr Yes, I am. Triond only accepts new material. ExpertsColumn, Helium and Content Caboodle accept articles that have already been published. Do you know if Shvoong accepts articles that have already been published?

Lukkyr Yes I do use the affirmations. I think it helps to have a positive focus and something positive to think about. I do look at them sometimes and repeat them different ways.
