My friend is over weight and now she is 82Kg approx. She tried her best to reduce her weight like walking , jogging, physical exercise and breathing exercise etc. But the result is slow. Can you please suggest your way of reducing...

MELNDOLLA The best thing for me was cutting carbs and the treadmill. Lost about 20 lbs the first month and about 5-9 each after. Each person is different, but cardio takes it off just about anybody!
