when is your morning and when is your night time??

i began thinking about this because i always wake up 12 pm and started calling it MY MORNING... and that is because i sleep 4 in the morning and that is my night time... the most early time i sleep is 12 am.. and still i wake up...

Maggieluo Well,My morning time and night time are very normal. I go to bed at 11pm, and wake up at 7am on weekdays.And on weekends I go to bed at 12pm,and get up as late as I want.

Lights off when sleeping?

Do you switch your lights totally off when you are going to sleep at night? or you switch on your lamps only and switch off the rest of the lights in your room? I can't sleep with lights on so I have to switch it off completely....

Maggieluo I will turn off all the lights when I sleep usually.But when I'm exhausted I can fall asleep even when the light is still on.And I think the light will attract the mosquitoes.
