What are the good ways of learning English?

I want to learn English by myself. Can someone recommend some good English learning methods to me? I really appreciate it.

Frea1993 there's a lot of method you can learn. Like step by step method. Or watch english movie. Eagerness to learn and some enthusiasm :)
