How much of our brain do we use?

I have always heard that humans only use a fraction of their brain capacities, I think it is supposed to be around 10% or so. I have always believed this to be true, and wondered at the potential for future intelectual growth...

What's the best way to publish a book?

I have been writing a book for a while now, but I am concerned about my chances of getting it published. Is there an easy way to do this? I would like to reach mainstream readers in most Engish speaking countries.
