I use to raise birds, I have had finchs, grays, cockatoos, cockatiels, conures, mccaws, amazons. I miss them but they really gave me allergy problems and I could not keep them. What kind of birds do you or did you own?

MaxsMom I used to have to cover mine with towels and blankets. It can get drafty in the winter.

MaxsMom Sorry to hear about your loss. It's hard to lose the pet. I used to have a Senegal parrot named Cootie. He hated my husband, he would bite the blood out of him every chance he got. My husband, actually liked the little guy. I miss Cootie.

MaxsMom I love to hear doves cooing. I had over 40 birds at one time. My house was really noisy.

MaxsMom I used to have sun conures also. Tango and Daisy were their names. They loved to scream.

I hate to go to the DR. Do You? I had to work at a Dr.'s office this week and I found myself tense the whole time I was there. I was surprised I was so tense. I finally realized I truly do not like even being in a Doctors...

MaxsMom At one point during my work day it was soooooooooooooo slow that I was drifting off...lol I heard the Doc call a patients name and my first thought was...I hope they call me next so I can get out of here....I was working the front desk.... I was glad when 5:00...

I did not start drinking coffee until this winter and I am 42. I like to drink regular coffee for the caffeine kick. I use Folgers and make it in my coffee maker. I do use creamer and splenda. I drink between 1 to 3 cups a day....
