McCarty23 I agree, you should only weigh yourself once a week. Water weight, clothing, even ime of day can all contribute to an up and down scale. Pick one night a week before bed or one morning as soon as you wake up to track your weight loss more accurately and if you...

McCarty23 I'm also suggesting the blogger website. LIke the previous poster said you can add adsense on it to make a little bit of money (although when youre starting out it wont be much) But beyond that its so easy to customize so that your blog is totally you.
